Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. They constitute a legal agreement between you and GroMach regarding your use of our AI SEO services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GroMach ("the Service"). The Service is operated by GroMach Inc. By accessing our website or using our AI SEO tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must register an account to access core features of GroMach. You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Refunds

We strive for transparency in our billing practices. Please read the following rules carefully.

3.1 Trial and Auto-Renewal

We offer a paid trial plan (fees as displayed on the subscription page). Important: At the end of the trial period (i.e., after the 3rd day), unless you actively cancel in your account settings, your subscription will automatically upgrade to the standard Monthly or Annual Plan, and your linked payment method will be charged accordingly.

Notice: The first automatic charge following the trial period is considered a final transaction. Once processed, it is non-refundable and cannot be revoked without cause.

3.2 Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plan: Automatically renews every month. Includes the allocated article generation quota for that billing cycle. Pricing is subject to the current rates listed on our Pricing page.
  • Annual Plan: Pre-paid annually. Includes the full year's article generation quota. Annual subscribers typically enjoy discounted rates and specific value-added perks.

3.3 Value-Added Services

Additional services are available based on your business needs, charged at current standard rates:

  • Additional Projects: Fees apply for projects exceeding the base plan limit.

3.4 General Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided in Section 3.5 below or required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged.

3.5 Performance Guarantee & Refund Exception

We stand by our results.

If you have maintained an active subscription and actively used GroMach for at least 6 consecutive months, but your website's organic search traffic has shown no effective growth (defined as no positive increase in Impressions or Clicks via Google Search Console compared to pre-usage levels), you may contact our support team for a review. Upon verification that the lack of results was not due to user inaction (e.g., failure to publish content or configure SEO settings), we are open to negotiating a partial refund.

4. Article Quotas & Credits

Your subscription includes a specific amount of article generation credits:

  • Non-Rollover: Unused credits in the Monthly Plan do not roll over to the next month. Quotas reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Annual Plan credits are valid for one year.
  • Usage Rules: Each successfully generated full blog draft consumes 1 Credit. Credits will be automatically refunded only in the event of a system generation failure; dissatisfaction with content due to user input quality does not qualify as a system error.

5. AI Service Disclaimer

GroMach utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) for content generation. You understand and agree that:

  • Accuracy: AI may occasionally produce incorrect information ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for verifying all facts, data, and citations before publication.
  • Originality: While we strive for uniqueness, AI may generate similar text structures for different users. We do not guarantee that all generated content will pass every third-party plagiarism detector.
  • SEO Results: We provide data-driven SEO recommendations, but we do not guarantee specific keyword rankings or traffic outcomes. Search engine algorithms are complex and constantly changing (except as provided in Section 3.5).

6. Content Ownership

  • Your Input: You retain all rights to any data, files, or text you upload to the platform (e.g., Brand Knowledge Base).
  • AI Output: Subject to your full payment of fees, GroMach assigns to you all intellectual property rights in the generated content. You are free to modify, publish, or sell this content.
  • Platform Assets: GroMach retains ownership of the software, algorithms, UI design, and related code.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, hateful, sexually explicit content, or content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code.
  • Use automated scripts (unofficial APIs) to scrape our data or make excessive requests.
  • Rent, lease, or resell your account access to third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroMach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption). Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.
